We craft our products with uncompromising quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original luxury packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (UPI, RuPay, or Credit Card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
For hygiene and safety reasons, wellness and nutrition products (including Hemp Essence and Torque 11 Shilajit) cannot be returned once the security seal has been broken.
